During this unprecedented national crisis, we have received several calls asking about office space. It seems that many folks are caught between a rock and a hard place. Their places of business are not open, and establishing a practical work space at home, for some, is just not feasible for a variety of reasons. Too many distractions.
Also some folks have lost their jobs, and are choosing this particular time to move forward with long-delayed plans to hang out a shingle and go into business for themselves. As it happens, we have some extra inventory, so we have decided to make some special accommodations to hopefully be of some service.
We have reduced rents across the board.
Rents are as low as $300 a month, many are between $300 and $500, and all are below $1000 a month.
THIS IS KEY --- you’re not chained to a long-term lease. Leases are strictly month-to-month, and we will commit to giving you this flexibility for a full year, through April 2021.
High-speed WiFi is INCLUDED. Our entire business complex has been wired with fiber optics and is super-fast, super-dependable.
Square footage for offices range between 195 and 750.
Brand new construction & carpet, CLEAN, on site-maintenance.
Parking INCLUDED.
